Founder of Leadership Evolution, she now uses her expertise to support organizations seeking to combine performance, well-being, and sustainable development. Her unique background, at the intersection of management, coaching, and business administration (Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Business Administration), allows her to quickly identify business and human challenges and offer concrete, strategic, and human-centered solutions. Melanie is recognized for her ability to rally stakeholders around common goals, mobilize teams, and propel talent. She supports leaders and employees at all levels to excel, challenge the status quo, and embody aligned leadership, using a deeply human, caring, and grounded in action. As an advisor and field partner, Mélanie has supported organizations through major strategic shifts. She has led key functions such as general management, marketing, production, sales, HR, and administration, adapting equally to SMEs and large international corporations.
